Cancellation
A refund of fees will be given less the administration charges stated below, provided that Associazione Italiana Aerosol receives notice of cancellation in writing on or before Wednesday 30 June 2010. After this date, no refund will be given. Substitutions of attendees can be made at any time. Registration Administration charge: 20% of total fees.

All best endeavours will be made to present the programme as printed. However, The Aerosol 2010 Organisers and its agents reserve the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any arrangements, timetables, plans or other items
relating directly or indirectly to Aerosol 2010 for any cause beyond its reasonable control.
The Aerosol 2010 Organisers and its agents are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of cancellation of Aerosol 2010 all prepaid fees will be refunded in full. However, the
